EnCana Corporation is now one of the world's largest independent oil and gas companies resulting from the successful merger of PanCanadian Energy (PanCan) and Alberta Energy Corp (AEC) in early 2002. They want their maps to have the right colors and grayscale depth for clarity. For over ten years, the company has utilized HP printers across local, personal configurations through to production workgroup environments. Specifically at the time of the merger, PanCan had all HP printers with the exception of about 40 Xerox NC 60 color laser printers and some older QMS color lasers. AEC had all HP printers for black and white printing, and Tek products for color and solid ink printing.
