STS, a Miami-based manufacturer of T-shirts for brand apparel customers, had purchased a High-Speed One-Color (686) printer for their high volume, quick turnaround operation. Small bar codes were causing the printer to slow down even more because the current verifiers couldn't keep up. Paxar Apparel Systems sold STS several High Speed One-Color (686) printers. Using these printers, STS was meeting the demands of their T-shirt customers for high volume and quick turn around.
