As with the M80 effort, this paper provides a detailed report on the technical activities surrounding the production migration of Domino servers. This paper details Domino server loading on a RS/6000 Enterprise Server model S80 server connected to a Storage Area Network (SAN). This paper is intended to be read by system engineers, architects, technical and marketing support personnel, and sales representatives. It presents the logical and physical design of the solution, technical details in terms of configuration changes performed, server statistics and challenges encountered during the server loading of the S80 hardware.
