Nextide, a Canadian consulting and systems integration company, was called to automate the manual tasks associated with hiring employees and managing IT projects of an international mining company. Nextide relied on the process automation capabilities of Compuware OptimalFlow to, graphically model its client's business processes and organizational structures. Once the workflow was defined, Nextide could develop an ASP-based task console for end users. With OptimalFlow, Nextide was able to cut out redundant and unnecessary steps from the process, boosting overall employee productivity for its client.
