Service level management (SLM) was initially introduced as a way for service providers (SPs) to guarantee levels of service to service consumers (SCs). Today, SCs are increasingly using SLM principles to ensure that the service levels being provided by SPs are indeed being provided at the agreed upon level of service. This seminar will discuss real-world ways that EMA customers and vendors are using SLM principles to ensure SP vendor accountability.
