This paper attempts to identify the structure of the weblogging community. A graphic representation has been created from empirical data collected from certain forms of hyperlinks. The community is identified according to its structure and network strength. It also tries to determine if a separate variety of language exists in the weblogging community. This variety would be an extension of the popular term, netspeak, based on the distinctive form of discourse found within weblogs.
