This paper describes experiments with a new form of hypertext structure analysis algorithm, inspired by observations of power-law behaviour in link structure, and of the increasing prevalence of weblogging communities. It gives a method of calculating the community-based reputation of a web page, which can be used to filter and present page collections interactively.
