To ensure that Ariba's sales organization could keep pace with future business needs, it decided to undertake a sales reengineering effort that would include the rollout of a more robust sales methodology, implementation of updated sales forecasting techniques and meeting Ariba's legal requirements for quotes, proposal generation and order entry. Inforte was chosen to implement the Forecast-to-Cash project solution based on its Skills and expertise to deliver a solution that would meet Ariba's time and budget constraints in a fixed bid format.
