When Marketing Director Wendy Kuehnl joined Community Association for Rehabilitation (C.A.R.), part of her mandate was to update an old website that did not fulfill her expectations for online communications with the association's clients and the public. Despite her best intentions, technical difficulties, lack of time, and a shortage of funds forced her to put plans for the website on the backburner. Kuehnl needed a simple way to edit and publish content--without learning HTML. Time went on, and nothing was done, so when they heard from Macromedia about the Contribute product, they jumped at the opportunity to become a beta tester.
