Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company (SFBCIC), one of the largest property and casualty insurance companies in the nation, operates in Mississippi, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, South Carolina and Texas. In a company this large, it was clear that a network that offered continual availability and high performance was needed. The Unicenter solution delivered a turnkey, self-managing infrastructure, including automatic discovery, management deployment, baselining, monitoring and healing. SFBCIC's CA account team determined that Unicenter Service Level Management and Unicenter Management Portal were the right products to provide the desired "Executive Dashboard" functionality.
