Bus-Tech, Inc. of Burlington, Massachusetts is the leading provider of high-performance data center, connectivity products between IBM mainframes and networks. Bus-Tech developers combine the single-board computer, Windows NT Embedded, and their ESCON adapter to build an ESCON-to-TCP/IP controller in 3 to 4 months while reducing costs by 40%. The appliance supports the IBM mainframe at speeds of up to 17 MB per second and runs at 80 percent to 90 percent capacity.
