A subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux software includes Internet access to the Red Hat Network update service. The Red Hat Network provides a simple solution for updating, deploying, and managing Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems. Administrators also can set up a local Red Hat Network Satellite Server to enable additional features and functionality. This paper discusses how a Dell lab installed and configured a Satellite Server for its Dell PowerEdge servers.
