Siemens Medical Solutions, one of the world's largest suppliers to the healthcare industry, is known for bringing together innovative medical technologies, healthcare information systems, management consulting and support services to hospitals, clinics, home health agencies, and doctors' offices. The challenge was to streamline the delivery of learning content to more than 20,000 employee and customer learners to support Siemens Medical Solutions' growing learning initiative. They replaced disparate systems with an integrated learning management system (LMS) and content solution from THINQ Learning Solutions and Thomson NETg, to speed course delivery, improve monitoring and tracking, and centralize control of Siemens Medical Academy.
