A major corporate-wide IT Service Management project is starting to yield substantial benefits for East Sussex County Council and the population of 500,000, which it serves. Based on Axios Systems' assyst solution, it is helping the Council provide Best Value and follow Best Practice, and gather vital information on Key Performance Indicators. One of the main reasons the Education Department chose assyst was that it was ITIL compliant.
