This paper proposes a new dynamic signature generation method to reduce both, multiuser interference (MUI) and inter-symbol interference (ISI) for DS/CDMA systems working in varying dispersive channels. The base station analyses the signal received from each terminal and calculates the signature it should use in order to minimize both MUI and ISI. The updated signature is then sent back to the terminal. The new method minimizes the amount of information to be sent back to the terminal.
