Crown Relocations has grown up with the international economies linking the world. They needed a global training program for their worldwide network. Crown Relocations also held-and still holds-regional and worldwide training conferences for its salespeople. Being difficult to organize, these efforts can only reach between 10 to 15 percent of their people worldwide. Before e-learning, in order to reach more people, Crown Relocations were forced to schedule more seminars. But the increase in seminars became too complicated and costly. E-learning has become an ideal way to reach more people, many of whom would not have had the opportunity to participate in this kind of training before.
