OpenVES will provide hosting services for OEL products. Hosting Service fees will be based on non-profit hosting and will include all hosting, support, and license fees in one annual per user charge. There will also be a one time setup charge with a per organization complement. OEL licensees will be permitted to host the services on a nonprofit hosting basis. Third party licensing of VES OEL products, by others than OEL licensees, or for profit hosting arrangements will not be permitted without special contract from OpenVES.
