Integrated voice and data services provider 8el has implemented a billing system from Anite Calculus powered by Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Now, business users can access all the information they need quickly and easily via a user-friendly front-end, while customers can view the status of their accounts online. An independent survey conducted since the implementation reveals that 85 per cent of 8el customers enjoy a higher level of customer support than with previous suppliers.
