Virgin Holidays wanted to explore using technology to provide enhanced customer services through conveniently located self-service kiosks. Their goal was to add additional service points for their customers at the destination resort to supplement current customer service operations in a manner that was not only innovative, but also created additional exposure for their brand. Displaying video enhanced information was essential in order to provide an informative and enjoyable shopping experience. Virgin Holidays selected Flash MX Professional 2004.
