Accenture Technology Labs' has devised a tool to dramatically improve the time-consuming, manual task of recording patient observations and clearly demonstrates the value of improving established processes through technology innovation at reasonable cost. The Accenture Digital Observations solution uses digital pen and paper technologies and creates a "virtual double" of patients' physical observation charts.
