CRF Box wanted to expedite the process of gaining approval for drugs by collecting high quality data from clinical trials in the most cost effective and time efficient manner. Custom applications, based on CRF Box products, were optimized to encrypt and store data on the Treo and then wirelessly transfer information to servers hosted in a secure environment. CRF Box uses the Handspring Treo to increase the value and accuracy of data collected during clinical trials, helping pharmaceutical companies to bring new drugs to patients sooner.
