National Technical Systems (NTS) Testing Laboratories currently conducts Storage Area Network (SAN) / Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapter (HBA) Compatibility / Functionality Testing for a wide array of product manufacturers. SAN / Fibre Channel device testing will be conducted in four phases: HBA Driver Initialization Tests, I/O Interface Tests, Vendor Interoperability Tests, and Microsoft Cluster Server. Storage Area Network (SAN) / Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapter (HBA) Compatibility / Functionality Testing fill the need for “real-world” environment testing. The following Test Outline will describe the methodologies and test procedures used in Storage Area Network (SAN) / Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapter (HBA) Compatibility / Functionality Testing.
