There are some principles that uniquely apply to minimizing risks and ensuring success in an offshore outsourcing arrangement, these, too, must be handled upfront before contracts are signed. This paper presents case studies of four current successful outsourcing relationships that were nominated for the Outsourcing Journal’s 2002 Editor’s Choice Awards for outstanding outsourcing relationships.
