In order to overcome redundant communication and mission critical tasks between headquarter and channels, SLP Headquarter decided to automate the value chain activities with channels into an integrated Franchise Relationship Management System that include three sectors of management: language school resource management, franchise Management, and customer Management. SLP undertook the task of integrating Language School Resource management, Franchise Management, and SLP web sites through Fujitsu’s Interstage.
