A highly successful embedded digital set-top-box reference platform needed a new platform OS personality i.e. Embedded Linux. Bringing up embedded Linux personality meant enormous challenges in providing an architecture (arch) directory in Linux with controller specific device logic. The management challenge was to motivate the team to achieve that in 6 months flat. The solution Platform was executed in record time, 3 months before the scheduled delivery. It was business win for the client.
