This paper introduces Content Management Services (CMS) Methodology by Documentum. CMS Methodology provides easy-to-use templates that speed the project timeline, streamline project delivery, and facilitate the sharing of best practices with other consultants worldwide. The CMS Methodology is administered via the Documentum Team Manager product (formerly known as iTeam), which is designed for working in collaborative project environments. Team Manager features pre-defined templates, processes, and activities for all phases of the project from qualification to closure. Documentum consultants are trained and provided with regular updates via a Web browser interface that's available even when the consultants are working at a client's site.
