Consultants are using a new Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and Web services solution to provide a simple, Web-based communication and collaboration tool to stay connected with customers, colleagues, and the head office no matter where they are in the world. The RealState solution graphically displays all consultants? whereabouts and their contact information from a single window in Outlook 2003, providing a central communication center that has reduced the time it takes to locate an employee by 35 percent. MBB expects to provide better customer service, respond to opportunities more quickly, collaborate more effectively, and get its work done more efficiently.
