One of the largest and fastest growing cities in Canada, Calgary, Alberta has grown to a population of almost one million in 2002. In 2001, the City developed a web measurement program and selected WebTrends Reporting Center, eBusiness Edition to analyze web visitor behavior. The City needed a new web analysis solution in order to get meaningful information from the dynamic content and complex parameters of the new portal site. The City of Calgary uses WebTrends Reporting Center and SmartSource Data Management to grow the city's web presence and demonstrate ROI.
