Following a shift in corporate policy at British Telecom (BT), the Asia-Pacific Region office of BT Global Services assumed management control of its network and bandwidth resources in its region. BT Global Services' regional office decided it needed more details on bandwidth usage to make more informed decisions. After considering three possible products, BT Ignite chose Compuware Vantage products: NetworkVantage for monitoring network traffic, and ServerVantage to monitor availability and performance of applications on their servers. The office can now present accurate statistics to management on network traffic, and gain approval on bandwidth increases before customers are affected.
