The Coca-Cola Company, founded in 1886, is the world's leading manufacturer, marketer, and distributor of nonalcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups. To improve their field sales and service operations, these Coca-Cola Argentina bottling and distributing companies, Grupo Yege, Reginald Lee and Grupo Guerrero, decided to implement the corporate use of Palm handhelds. Automating the sales order process has completely eliminated the paper-based system previously used. In addition, inventory time has been reduced and the company's stock monitoring has improved.
