This Webcast will provide an overview of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and highlight the key implications of this market trend. Included will be a review of the factors motivating the transition to ECM. Also included will be a summary of the key features and properties of an ECM system, including its role in portal technologies and enterprise information integration, and how ECM integrates with application providers. This event will be led by Dr. Jim Reimer, an IBM Distinguished Engineer and a member of the IBM Academy. He is the chief architect and strategist for IBM's Enterprise Content Management product offerings.
