Service Level Agreements (SLAs) enhance application service level management, the process that helps ensure the performance of the IT organization is aligned with the company's business objectives and the requirements of the end user of these services. This article reviews case studies of two BMC Software customers that used the BMC Software COMMAND/POST product to manage their enterprise and have successfully managed SLAs. Both companies were among those recognized as winners of the 1999 BMC Software Best Practices in Enterprise Management Awards.
