Bernstein developers chose Borland C++Builder because of their comfort with its friendly, robust environment. A rearchitected prototype application was created in 3 months, with excellent results. Using Borland C++Builder, Bernstein developers completed a substantive prototype application in three months. Based on these excellent results, the production version is under full development. Bernstein developers felt right at home with the C++Builder environment, and appreciated the familiarity of its shared Delphi class library. They recognized the quick productivity gains of using distinguished, powerful tools.
