Today, Linux servers are being used by a wide ange of organizations from small businesses with a single server to large corporations with server farms of hundreds of systems. In many cases, Linux is being used to run applications with high availability requirements, and this use of Linux is expected to expand over the next two to three years.This paper provides an analysis of such cluster technologies.
