Proposed herein a working prototype application called a client experience monitor which is a network operations tool. The goal of the client experience monitor is to provide affiliates with upto date service availability data they need to guide on going service level agreement discussions, subscription costs, and marketing campaigns. The developer of this prototype seeks support in the form of resources and authority to proceed with expansion of the client experience monitor application that would allow it to provide this type of monitoring enterprise wide. The cost of this project would be $77,600 and would take an estimated 3 months to complete.
