But the Internet is also a place where Child Pornographers now go to both seek out its next victims and to provide their criminal product to the end users. The Internet has now become the most significant factor in child sexual exploitation and the principal means for exchanging Child Pornography. How can this problem be measured, what problems face Law Enforcement, and what approach can be taken to assist Law Enforcement.
