The Web doesn't really work like a database. If it did, then why - if a search engine searches - does a job board website like Monster.com exist? Answer: Search engines don't work like that. There may be billions of job listings on company websites around the world, but you won't find them using Google unless you know exactly what you're looking for. A whole truckload of research projects and startups exist because of this problem. WhizBang! Labs may have a new and better approach to this challenge.
