Migration to Panagon has benefits for all FileNET customers, and new tools and utilities take much of the sting out of the process. Customers who want to expand from imaging to IDM, or to dual deployment on thick and thin clients, should begin migration planning immediately. Other customers, with stable image-only applications, may see no immediate need to migrate, but need to recognize the increasing lifecycle costs. Ultimately, migration is a question of when, not if.
