Mandatory Profiles with Outlook and Terminal Server

Terminal Server offers significant system lifecycle cost advantages including reduction of workstation software administration costs. To take full advantage of these savings it often makes sense to use mandatory user profiles in conjunction with the thin-client. Mandatory user profiles prevent the end user from saving configuration changes to their environment. A single user profile can be implemented for the entire organization, ensuring uniformity and reliability as well as deployment simplicity.
