HP, for example, has introduced a whole new area of e-Commerce called e-Services to support businesses in the manufacturing, engineering, and product services domain. HP's enormous success in the e-Services arena, multi-terabyte portals, and warehouses should make it a finalist on customers' short list as they move to Internet Chapter 2, the era of e-Services.
